Delivery Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with a seamless delivery experience. Please review our delivery policy below:


1. Delivery Options


  • National Shipping Delivery: parts are shipped out via national shipping services (UPS, Fedex, USPS), used for smaller parts (lights, handles, mirrors)
  • Local Truck Delivery: Parts are trucked out with local couriers, used from larger parts (hoods, bumpers, fenders, grilles)


2. Delivery Areas


  • National shipping delivery Fee: For select parts that we are able to ship out, they can be sent to any of the lower 48 states.
  • Local Truck Delivery: We are currently offering free local truck delivery to The Greater Houston Area (and its surroundings), Conroe, Tx, Beaumont, Tx, and College Station/Bryan, Tx

While we do not ship outside this region at this time, we are actively working to expand our delivery options in the future to better serve our customers.


3. Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.


4. Delivery Timeframes


  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-7 business days after processing for your parts to arrive
  • Local Truck Delivery: Please allow 2-3 business days after processing for your parts to arrive

5. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are as follows:


  • National shipping delivery Fee: $9 on each item
  • Local Truck Delivery: Free

6. Local Truck Delivery Instructions


To ensure a successful delivery, please adhere to the following guidelines:


  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • The purchaser must present a valid ID to verify their identity.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

7. Delivery Confirmation


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


8. Missed Deliveries


To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note the following:


  • Failure to provide a signature AND purchaser ID will result in a re-delivery fee.
  • The customer must be available during the given time slot to receive their order.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your order. We will also reach out to you to arrange another delivery time.
