Thank you for shopping with Parts On The Go! We aim to provide a clear and fair return process. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for all orders.



1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
We understand that mistakes happen, and you may need to cancel an order.
Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing:

Cancellation Timeframe


Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order, or before shipment, whichever comes first.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return under this policy.







2. Returns – Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our parts and accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility:


Return window: 90 days from the delivery date.


Items must include original packaging and cannot be modified from their original condition.




How to Initiate a Return:


Email us at info@partsonthego.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).


Include photos of the defective or incorrect item, if applicable.


Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.




Return Method:


Shipped Items: Must be mailed back to our warehouse.


Local Truck-Delivered Items: We can schedule a pickup or accept drop-off returns.




Return Shipping Cost:


For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
 Parts On The Go covers the return shipping cost.


We will provide the return label electronically.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are refunded for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.



3. Returns – Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Item Ordered, Doesn’t Fit)
We accept returns for customer remorse.
Eligibility


Return window: 90 days from the delivery date.


Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned with original packaging.




How to Initiate a Return


Email info@partsonthego.com to request an RMA.


Follow the return instructions provided.




Return Methods


Shipped Items: Must be returned by mail.


Local Truck Delivery Orders:





Pickup available for a $25 trucking fee, or


Items may be dropped off at the warehouse address above.





Return Shipping Cost


For remorse returns: the customer is responsible for the shipping label and the return shipping cost.


Labels are not provided by Parts On The Go.




Restocking Fees


No restocking fee applies at this time. (Required disclosure)


Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at purchase.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are not refunded for remorse returns.



4. Local Truck Delivery Return Instructions
For large items delivered by local truck:


A signature and valid ID are required at delivery.


A $25 trucking fee applies for pickup returns.


Alternatively, you may drop off the return at our warehouse at your own expense.







5. Important Return Conditions


Items must include all original packaging.


Used or modified items cannot be returned.


Items returned after the 90-day window are not eligible for refund.


All returns require an RMA number.
