1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States only (lower 48 states).
Our delivery zones are as follows:
National Shipping Delivery: Available to all lower 48 U.S. states for eligible ship-safe parts.
Local Truck Delivery: Available only within:
The Greater Houston Area (and surrounding areas)
Conroe, TX
Beaumont, TX
College Station / Bryan, TX
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are structured as follows:
National Shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS):
Flat rate: $15 per item
Local Truck Delivery:
Free delivery within our service regions listed above.
All shipping fees are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Carriers Used
We ship your parts using trusted national and local carriers:
National Shipping: UPS, FedEx, USPS
Local Delivery: Our local deliveries are courriered by our trained private drivers
4. Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.
National Shipping Delivery: 3-7 business days
Local Truck Delivery: 1-2 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
6. Missing Orders or Delivery Issues
If you believe your order is delayed, missing, or delivered incorrectly, please follow these steps:

7. Missed Deliveries (Local Truck Delivery)
A signature and valid ID are required upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive the order or the required verification is not provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
The courier will leave a notice with rescheduling instructions, and our team will also contact you to arrange a new delivery window.
