We offer nationwide shipping within the United States


Local delivery may be available in select areas (including Greater Houston, Beaumont, and College Station/Bryan, TX)


Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed


We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refund Policy (90-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
Parts on the Go offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:


Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery


Items must be unused, uninstalled, unpainted, and in original packaging


Original packaging and materials are required


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Custom, special-order, or clearance items may be excluded


All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.


Damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery


Photographic evidence may be required


Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund
